The whole reason why CHM were re-listed back into the ASX in September 2007 was to obtain some material assets from the Jack Hills site via Federal Court proceedings.
It is apparent that what they were after with Jack Hills has been ruled against them via constructive trust from Mr Justice Jacobson. They will receive the monies from Crosslands/MMX for the amount that Messrs Barnes and Grimaldi had sold shares to start up NICU (Currently MMX)plus interest (Which MMX have calculated to be $407 000).
That's it now for CHM as far as I'm concerned they are GONSKI and good ridance.
PS Tony Sage and other CFE board members probably dumped there holdings in CHM yesterday and left poor old Benny with the egg shell!!!
