I think he is simply an opportunistic/astute investor who understands the risks of turn around stories and has a belief the reward is greater than the risk that Price and the new board can turn it around

The comment he sees potential as 3-4 times was NOT music to my ears , I am hoping if the board can turn it around the market cap is going to appreciate more than 3-4 times in the next year or 2 , after all in Meikeljohn /Boon days the stock was more like 80 times this price .
