    Davo - forget about a 25% increase on oil shows - I would be expecting anywhere between 50% and 100% given where the SP is currently at.

    BOS - dont worry about the grumpy landowner as my understanding is that ELK has already started proceeding to gain access for the subsequent chemical flood requirements and mineral righs rank higher than lan rights in the US
