I have actually purchased shares for the long-term and am satisfied with my purchase. IMO there is too much upside given the various products still to be released and also potential future dividends. One thing though - noted that any future dividends are to be fully franked and therefore taxable. Given that this is a PDF I thought all dividends would be tax free?.

Also can amyone confirm whether shares held in ACR, if sold, will always retain their tax free status from a capital gains perspective - just a bit confused at the moment as future dividends appear to be taxable now.
