Whenever I'm in the market for a quality hand tool - which admittedly isn't often these days - I go straight to Ebay and search under 'vintage tools". There you will find any number of quality used American made tools (or better still Australia's Sidchrome brand tools) for a very reasonable cost. Very much worth the effort.
