people, stop whinging about "greedy" investors. Because you missed the boat doesn't mean the investors are greedy. They are rather smart then you people. i know drdan, matt, jut, Ajay will never accept that property is good investment. Your guru "keen" is making lot of money being a property bear from media. I do my own research.
PS:- I don't listen to joye or keen. I make my own decisions. Please don't show me any graphs or income ratios. i don't give a damn about those statistics.
