I should add, don't forget we have alot more shares on issue that when we were at 4c last (despite more cash in bank now).

Also, when recently PEN signed the contract (only a fraction of its output) people were complaining it was too low a price (obviously because Uranium so bullish) whereas now...?

I think it justifies why speculation more than the facts has taken PEN where it has and will continue to...

watch out for those continued huge volumes today. Ask yourself, would the big boys really be spending more cash than they already did, buying up atm??
