This is a good start for our small company. We are effectively buying a mine with $900 million of iron ore for $7 million.

The current spot price for Indian Iron Ore is $110US per tonne for 63.5% ore. If costs are 50% that leaves $55/tonne profit. In the first year that could equate to $26.4 million.

If they can show that they have the ciontacts in China the fragmented Indian market player might take more notice of what NSL can do for them and who knows where this will end up.

I have held for nearly 2 years, holding for another year or so should see the value of my shares more than double their current price IMO.
