    todays announcement is a very good one.

    Creates a much simpler corporate structure for Select, with 100% of income from subsidiaries going to shareholders.

    For Burnett they get to increase their shareholding and therefore they still have a strong interest.

    Good to note that the announcement mentioned R&D arrangements are being formalised.

    No movement in share price yet although SLTO is up 100% so someone thinks it was good.
