Normally an issue of shares is seen as a negative but
look what we're getting for them. I was wondering where SLT would find the money for this payment( as
far as I can remember the $1million was mentioned in
the prospectus as a payment down the track). For the Institute to take it as shares rather than cash appears
to back the company(IMO).
I'm surprised it didn't move up a bit on that news. Only
70,000 of the SLTO went through but somebody can
see value down the track(IMO).
