I am only new to share trading, much I don't know and don't...

I am only new to share trading, much I don't know and don't understand, so maybe I am missing something here .... but how can a company like this post an ASX announcement saying thay have signed an African distribution contract for $17 million, then follow that up several days later with another announcement about a signing for a worldwide distribution contract for another $27 milllion ... and there's not one word in the press, no change in trading, and no change in the share price????? I feel like I am watching a whole different movie here!
