    Remember this is a signed deal, NOT a MOU.

    Also, they would have not signed an agreement if they thought there was ANY chance that Austpac was incapable of commissioning the plant.

    As pointed out these guys are big and Austpac fits in well with their mission.

    How long now before the switch is turned ON!
