Hi ya Stef you sound almost like you want to start to dip in a toe or two? I see great value here for PNA can it go lower course it can. that does mean for a long term holder like you its not a reasonable buy. Also when we talk value we also have to bare in mind the health of the world financial markets as they do have a huge influence on stock prices at any given time.
