    If anyone accepts less than $2.00 a share for OTT they are mad. $70 mill in IP, $17 mill in tax loss benefits, $10-$12 mill pa in rev, embedded customers and new sales initiatives coming through...see today's announcement.
    Do yourself a favour and reject...the company is better off without Passlow.
