perivale - I read that as a very positive announcement out yesterday.
Market took no notice at all, not a single post on HC re. OVR for days until yours popped up, no effect whatsoever !
I've heard of 'sleeper' companies, but OVR is bizarre. Tightly held is one thing, but completely ignored??? lol
