CASHFLOW The Directors nmde a statement in the 2002 Annual Report that Powerlan wasthen secking additional funding. The Directors now belicvc thcrc is no requirement for such funding. They believe that cash inflows from contracted business are suflicienl lo prnvide the basis of the intended funding requirements and that forecasled cash inflows are sufficient to allow Powerlan to pay its debts as and when they fall due and that Puwcrlan is solvent and has no reason to believe rhat it will not continue to be solvent. It should also be noted that should an additional buffer be required the Chairman has provided a $2.2m line of credit to Powerla secured by his personal assets.
