Disclosure is pretty pathetic with this company. They issue a statement saying a winding up order has been withdrawn but these was no previous announcement of any winding up order being sought.
Then the whole brains trust of IMX (their only high performing company) quits all together and they put the remains of IMX in the hands of Tomislav Matic. No doubt legal action is being prepared by the IMX guys.
Then Theo offers $2.5 million of the money he cashed in when PWR was worth something as a debt facility - although it's probably in exchange for convertible notes.
