If citigroup are saying $3.50 a share thats 10 times its current value. Im happy with only $2.00 takeover. Next 10 days are very interesting for determining cnp's direction because in the last announcment they made sure that the banks wont get security for the extension until after 30th may. Centro is not obliged to accept the extension until after 30th may, but the banks must give the extension to centro.
