One thing that stands out here to me is that Energy Secretary Rick Perry is basically asking a question of the US Nuclear people.
I have never seen a politician ask a question that he doesn't already have an answer to it, they like to put themselves forward as saviours, i.e. pose the question about a real problem that they have in the US and then hey presto, look here, we have the answer sorted for you, how clever are we?
