I think there is a lot of noise out there over not very much....... just my views on a few issues.

Science: Very solid, but alas research is expensive and so we are getting money at every opportunity. No surprises there, we are a spec bio stock and multiple dilutions is apart of the business.

    People:
Best of the best, the reputational firepower needed to break a multi billion dollar cash cow duopoly (or at least make one of them pay for us to go away) is neither easy to get nor cheap.

Price: Some may not a agree, but the price is only relevant if you have AVRO. Some people jumped on at $13 (or there abouts) and seem to think that a 300% price rise over a few weeks is the new base and any regression is a clear sign of the company being worth nothing. This is wrong.

Manipulation: This stock is being taken for a ride/ manipulated! Maybe, but so are all others on the ASX its called the market. Looking at the volume changing hands and the nature of the trading is more of an indication then the sale price itself, who is leading the sentiment?

My view is there are 1 or 2 actors in the market and they are simply shaking the tree. Happens all the time and driving the price down is a great way for Mercer to guarantee future profits by denying AVRO windfall to AVR IMO, or a future competitor using third parties to do some damage on their behalf on the understanding the stock itself + a premium will be paid in the event of an T/O occurring etc etc.

Eg: Mercer sold out because they got the stock for free, FOR FREE, so they sold and took the money. They can do this because it is likely AVR will draw on the funds under the agreement. However going forward these shares will not be for free, but come at a cost, and this will slow down any on selling by Mercer. You need to remember these guys have quarterly targets to hit. Granted the funding agreement should have had some type of escrow arrangement, but too late for all that.

Capital Raise: Stable register = lower price fluctuations. The options issued at $8 and $11.20 are only in the money if we hit the targets set (FDA approval etc) and the implied dilution from this should be understood in the context of what the price will actually be if we hit these milestones (IMO higher than op strike price).

IMO having multiple entities involved helps deepen the pool and reduce the influence over the stock by a single actor but it is no guarantee. Strong hands people, if you cant hold or need the money than so be it, but looking back at AHZ days is irrelevant.
