They wont disburse their funds until equity raise is complete.

Can you imagine if they lend the $$$, RES build half a project then the equity raise flops.

Happy to be proven wrong but i think most project financiers was would make a Condition Precedent that equity is raise is completed

Don't worry though - equity mkts will come to the party and the SP will be high enough for a decent CR
