Hi HT, in my opinion, it will be very presumptuos for this board to appoint a new Ceo before shareholders have actually voted and given the green light to sell assests to MM etc. Only after that resolution is passed can Ozl be defined as the "new' company holding PH and Toro. Then the new board of the new Oz Minerals can look for ( probably known by that time) and appoint a new ceo. After all, if shareholders vote NO, (heaven forbid), then OZ M has a ceo etc in AM. It is a bit more complicated than usual. I also lost heaps and cannot wait to see the back of mickeless and the cossack! M.
