I cant see how a new CEO can be appointed until after the AGM...

I cant see how a new CEO can be appointed until after the AGM and the deal has gone through. My understanding is that AM has yet to resign but has only announced what will happen if the MM deal goes through. What would happen if the Board appointed a new CEO and the deal didnt go through.

My hope is that should the deal be approved by Shareholders at the AGM, that AM will step down immediately (with no separation package) and the Board will announce a new CEO/Administrator/arrangement until the deal is effected and a new CEO is appointed for new OZ. Don't really care what AM and MM do then.

I am fortunate that I haven't actually lost real momey as I bought OXR a long time ago. But I have lost heaps of possible money from the days when OXR was $4:00.

Like HT not bitter (there is more to life), but certainly wiser and looking to base decisions on fact not emotion or hype.
