    Operations in SA, maybe executive team should be SA based individuals. move the whole HQ to Adelaide.....

    Why not Graeme Hunt as CEO (ex-BHP) and Derek Carter as Chairman.

    Carter knows the landscape and from what i understand is well respected in the resources community. Let's face it, he couldn't do worse than Uncle Fester.
