Background; SB 60 % of AI and Admedus 29%, (?), of that 29% SB have a indirect stake of 20 % of that 29%, and possibly counting.
Joker in the deck; outcome of the 'Letter of Intent' with SB.
This gives SB a 'six month exclusivity period',THAT ended October 27 th., to my understanding.
Did it happen? If so, should it have been announced, ....either way?, Making a little sense to me now about how much may be hinging on this and one of the delays to resumption of trading (?).
Good; sale of its remaining interest in AI, Bad; deal left 'hanging', sure SB not unduly worried about its non-refundable 500 grand.
