"Exclusivity period extended indefinitely"..
Seems there is always "exclusivity" for a very few and nothing for everyone else? (99% of all the other shareholders)..
But wait...
This is capitalism at it's finest!
(only we are about to hand it over to operate in a jurisdiction where there is one party state? And no true democracy?)
But "don't you worry about that"!!!...

(Because we all have MBA's and are from big business and pharma...so we know what's best for you..).
