That extract does nothing to counter the previous one I quoted which strongly hints, if not openly declares, that there will need to be CR. Did we just read the same report?! No, I'm not a "down-ramper". I'm a long term holder with millions of shares. I'm disappointed with the way this company is apparently being run. With the addition of non-executive directors who do what exactly? With 20% increase in centres, but 300% increase in staff costs. Etc etc...
