I'm trying to get my head around this... I'm pretty sure we didn't 'buy' the vaccine share, so much as take a larger share in exchange for assuming all of the costs.
As a subsidiary of Admedus, the expenses of the Vaccines arm count as our expenses.
So, what I want to know is - why did we spend so much on staff for the vaccine business in six months, and how is it those costs won't repeat?
Or are those staff and admin costs (the two more concerning costs I see) prepaid to some extent? Don't forget, we have to still run the trial this year, which won't be cheap (can somebody shed light on how it is paid for - presumably there's an asset sitting on the balance sheet to account for this, other than our cash?).
