From independant Mooter director Nicolas Stavropoulos
Im pleased that several weeks of complex negotiations have now concluded and that an
outstanding deal has been reached for the benefit of all Mooter shareholders.
I believe that the value of the deal and the inclusion of incentive-driven milestones is a
great result for the Company. Considering the price of our shares was below 1 cent not long
before the Hot Shot involvement and that Mooter (through its ownership of Hot Shot Media
Pty Ltd) will get the first $5 million of revenue as well as the exclusive advertising rights, the
commerciality of the deal is, in my view, compelling.
As a significant shareholder in Mooter, I am extremely confident of the Hot Shot Media
Groups capacity to deliver on its unique and highly significant potential from both a product
development and revenue standpoint.
It is truly exciting that this agreement, if accepted by the shareholders of both parties,
affords Mooter the exceptional opportunity to be a key part of the Hot Shot group indeed,
an equal partner and progress with them towards the global launch of a revolutionary,
company-defining product that will launch in the second half of the year.
Critical point in the above statement from yesterday's Ann was"I believe that the value of the deal and the inclusion of incentive-driven milestones is a
great result for the Company.
Isn't that some motivation for the Professor & the other techs!
