I am a bagholder from a long time ago, but this may be worth a look at the share offer.
At an issue price of 20c they could be worth a punt. The major shareholder tried their best to get the company a year or so ago, failed, and have now set them in positive direction.
Current revenue is minimal, but with the move into China its going to be a much bigger revenue stream in years to come. Whilst the major holder, 698 Capital, would have opened doors, they did still have to compete for the 2 China contracts they have won. The product works and is viable.
With the backing of a company currently valued at around $60 Billion who are allready very active in the Chinese market, CEO based in Beijing, success seems to me as an almost certainty.
It is worth looking at the presentation released yesterday and the prospectus listed on the ASX.
This is by no way a recommendation, but may be worth a look into.
