Yes, but he's the MD, where is the ,so called, "finance expert" on the Board? Yes, the Chairman!! We don't know who actually negotiated those placements, but, all of us here questioned them, then, why didn't the "finance expert" Chairman do anything about them??? That's the Chairman's JOB!!!!
