At a yield of 6.32% based on last nights closing price it looks very attractive to me.
I am expecting sales to continue and based on their previous announcement it appears that the lock downs or potential lock downs are encouraging customers to spend on home improvements and home decorations.
Still no overseas travel and interstate travel is still dubious !!!!
