I can report the same from Chadstone. Twice in the last three weeks Adairs and Adairs Kids have been very busy.
My wife visited once also, and commented on how much she liked the Miimi and Jiinda collection, even though that's 'not normally [her] thing'. Luckily for my own bank account, they were out of stock on certain products.
n=1 is not a great basis for decisions, but it all helps.
