I own NDO, but will be keeping some powder dry to buy OEL if as I suspect they spike down to 2-3 cents when all the short term panic merchants head for the door when and if they start trading again.
This should be a great buying opportunity for the serious long term value investors (particulary if WTI continues to strengthen).
Anyone else thinking along these lines?
