From my calcs the Euroz placement and sub underwriting account for 354 mil shares. If 50% of other holders take up their entitlement then Euroz will get none. I'll admit that fair percentage of the 74 mil shares from the Euroz placement may not have gone to long term holders.

Yes I understand the placement is fully underwritten. However problems happen, hence the underwriters get out clause and the Germans wanting a lean on assets for the second loan.
From your other post. "OEL has a fair chunk of exploration upside factored in which makes it more expensive than many other oilers trading at net cash plus NPV of 2P reserves."
I would be interested to hear what figure you have calculated for NPV of 2P reserves and how much you think is factored in for exploration upside.
