There was an announcement went through after close yesterday on PNA stating that Barclays had become a substantial holder in PNA having purchased 71,977,234 shares at an average of $0.92c giving them 5.02% and purchased within the past 4 months up to 22.7.08
Seems as though they are not selling to raise money.
