G'Day anyone who follows Devine Homes.
I've been watching this stock for a while and over that time have seen it's sp rise nicely. It goes ex div on the 19/10 and is a 4 cent, 100% franked div.
It has finally got the better of me, as usual...a bit slow, and I have purchased a handful today at 78 cents.
I understand that it will retrace somewhat over the next few weeks but that may present an opportunity to average down and increase my holdings in a very nice yielding stock.
This is not a share that is discussed very much, but could I possibly have any thoughts that any hc member has to offer?
