I'm not the slightest bit interted testosterone (real or synthetic). What I'm interested in is good calls. If a mistake is made then acknowledge it and get on with it. Quality management time is in very scant supply (despite what a lot of tossers would have you believe). I'll say it again senior management have a lot of their own wealth in the stock. They fight battles which they can win and work on creating other wins elsewhere (including win/wins). They do have a suite of projects and options to progress. That's what they will do, which optimise the share price.
Let everyone else stew in their testosterone. It's probably a reaons why we lack more quality female directors and mangers anyway. In the day of high quality information making good decsions is what counts. A lot (more) of hard rock mining will be automated in the next two decades. At MLX we'll just keep taking over mines where quaility mining wins.
Let Mr Beament over extend himself whan the testesterone high leaves him high and dry. Maybe then we merge with him on unfavourable terms.
