The NTA are still well above market cap, so I agree it is a strong buy.
They don't seem to have much valuable proprietary tech, though I did notice in a recent announcement they said they are investing in a new generation of scooters.
There is a lot of competition in the scooter and ebike space. Lots of start ups. A booming sector. VMT has to wake up and take advantage of their first mover advantage, before they get eaten.
