As a holder, I didn't want to say it, but I know of one office where low morale and/or lack of incentive seemed evident. (lack of training?) They appeared disinterested in chasing/following up what he knew was a big spending, potentially LT customer. I guess any company could have this happen, but if it is more widespread as the article suggests then what a perfect take over target it has become. Hammered in price with at least one clearly defined (and easily fixed) problem.
