Payman, don't quite share your pessimism but there will always be a small % on offer due to a number of errors by "The Share Registry". Over the years I have had several disputes which have in-turn been referred to the ASX surrounding claims that "you payment was not received by the due date". Result, repeatedly "no reply". Warning please pay the extra and send those payments by Registered Post especially to CIS Pty Ltd. In this case the "underwriters" have IMO a very slick deal. I think most believers should regard this issue as a possible "Bonus Issue". Please shake you "piggy banks" etc as you can be CERTAIN that come the 9th July you will see a very nice premium on the current share price. I see there are a few "BIG Sellers" drifting out stock in 50-100,000 lots with a view of making 1+ cents on the entitlement but they still may be caught short. If JA defers the current back log of announcements until after the 29th June, watch this space.
