US ETF KOL has broken out of a 1 year wedge. This wedge formed after a break out of a multi year downtrend. COK has remained basically flat. I think coal is poised to move higher. And at these base levels downside is limited somewhat (but still there!)

can an anyone who has been a longer term holder provide me any fundamentals that may prevent this share price from teaching previous years highs?

or even rebutt my views? I like to see opposing views to help me are clearly
