Your statements about people sitting waiting & hoping to get out with too much damage are plucked out of that nice ass you were telling us about just like the $1 & $5 rampers on this thread.

This stock is cheap, it is turning, it has broken its downtrend, it has not turned up yet (apart from a tiny recent upwards move), does not seem to have the piles of tax loss selling you were predicting, has been accumulated by punters as well as institutions (and obviously rampers) and will either go up or down.
