MPL needs to treat their customers with respect, few people I know left medibank for bupa. If MPL wants to compete they need to make it attractive and also they need to go international if they want grow, the Aussie market is not enough, the Asian market is where the $$$ is. MPL needs to spend money to make money at this stage.
