Bupa's health insurance business in UK ( plus ex-pat business) is structured under Bupa Insurance Limited and Bupa Insurance Services Limited. Both companies pay tax in UK.
MPL should be looking to purchase a UK health insurer. Quite good margins, however flat outlook with no incentives from Government. MPL would need long term view.
Unsure if MPL has the free capital to do any major acquisitions.
