MPL has just started life as a corporate. I would not expect fireworks from day 1, not in medical/ health insurance but the Anthem/ CIGNA merger should give them some ideas. They could pick up NHF on weakness. Anti-trust laws in Australia r weak see AGL's tribunal decision against the ACCC.
