22m MC for a company with not even a single phase 1 trial...

22m MC for a company with not even a single phase 1 trial initiated is no different to majority of the companies listed on ASX that also hold great promise.

In holders mind it's under valued but again no different to majority on ASX..... sadly ASX doesn't really appreciate potential and majority here always looking for quick bucks.

There is atleast 24 months wait before the company is in any position to conduct their first Phase 2 trial (on the assumption they start phase 1 mid 2021 for their PCSK9).

now it's a Long wait for any potential returns as market knows phase 1 will most likely be a success given it will be safety check....

Also it would be wise to bring some sensible discussions into the potential .... Take an example of their PCSK9...

There are currently two treatments in market and now there are 3 with Novartis coming up with their treatment which is equally effective but just twice a year sub cut only.

Nyrada value proposition is twofold:

1) daily oral
2) cost effectiveness against statins

Both of them to a big Pharma company is not really impressive ....

1) Patients will prefer twice yearly sub cut treatment vs taking a daily tablet (unless those who get reactions from injections which is a small %)...
2) Statins are dirt cheap and not a benchmark for sales potential

one other thing ....Most the the business comes from established markets like US, Europe, Japan, China etc....
and current treatments will most likely dominate (even with their high prices)...by the time Nyrada can even come on the market....First moved advantage is a big factor....

Again not saying there is no potential in the company however just want to add a bit of realism for the holders.....It's still only a pre clinical company and has a Long Long journey ahead and there will be swings in SP (even lower than where we are now) both ways ...

Just don't think the market doesn't understand....

of course there is a possibility that another big Pharma comes knocking in a years time but investors don't put money based on wishes....

I have my order at .175.... if I get I will forget about the MC for another year ....if I don't get it .... I may try to jump in a bit later ...
