dunno about 4 times - i just looked at one and three yr charts and i dont see it
i am no chartist but i do see a potential for it to have just formed a double bottom of sorts at about that 20.50 -yet it didnt quite get to 20.50 late last week but in my mind it is probably close enough
any chartist care to comment?
