Lenni - I agree. And I would like to add: I do not see recommendations from the principal bank as financial consulting. It is necessary to be the 100% sponsor of an independent experienced finance consultant with international references.
ARU management had the good idea to invite a politician into the board - the time it started to be necessary. Now the financial guy is necessary.
This is not an insult to the current CFO. There is no world champion without sparring!
