Listen to the way some here talk and accept mediocrity time and time again.

Talk of 10 cents, of 12 cents....it was 23 cents and smashed prior to that.

And prior to that it was well above that by multiples.

You have an entity that isn't promoting itself, that isn't doing anything or taking any responsibility for the damage they caused.

They then come in later knowing many have again dropped their expectations and do more of the same.

Melbourne got rid of Neeld because they tired of the culture and the standard set. Mickey Arthur was shown the door when clearly he couldn't manage the team - both nice guys right?
That does not cut it and never has. Its totally irrelevant.

The powers that be need to take a good hard look at themselves and what they have done, what they are doing, and ask themselves what is the real intention and agenda here...who are they serving?

And does it serve those who have entrusted them to carry out a job.

Again, what are the results telling shareholders?
